make Tiger shrimp toast - shrimp scampi recipe
INGREDIENTS:
tiger shrimps/prawns – 2
olive oil – ½ Tsp
ginger – ½ Tsp
garlic – 1½ Tsp
Chinese cooking wine –1 tsp
soy sauce – 2 Tsp
sugar – ½ Tsp
preparation time: 5 min.
cooking time: 10 min

COOKING COMMENTARY:
We are going to start cooking now. Now drop oil, after
putting oil, put butter, garlic on pan. More garlic can be added: Japanese are fonder
of garlic. Place the tiger shrimp that is going to jell with shell. Slightly sauté
and apply garlic, apply top of it. Slightly apply the salt and slightly press
it on both the sides. It is also called jumbo shrimp. it will be bigger in size,
mostly foreigners would more like to have this, because of the shell. It will take little bit of time
to cook.

Since the tawa got heated well, you can make it using Dosa pan in home. Slightly add butter, here let we put sauce specially. It is
ok even it is not available. Slightly grill and add salt. We will do it to cook
even top of shell. Put up with Freddy again, even now we are going to fire top
shell and got cooked well.

This dish won't be available anywhere else; it will
be available only in Radha Inn restaurant, Chennai. If you want to do it in
your home, just grill it and put in minus. Minus will be available anywhere.
