INGRADIENTS::
Crab legs – 2 Big size
small onion - 10 to 12 pieces
green chilly - 6
pieces
bar- 3 pieces

cooking oil – 1/4 tspb
anise seeds - 1/2

cumin, seeds – ½ tspb
black pepper – 1 ¼ tspb
clove - 2 pieces
Cardamom – 3 pieces
crushed garlic – ¼ cup
dry chilly – 4 pieces
pepper-cumin powder – 2 tspb
anise powder – 2 tspb
cumin powder - 2
tspb
tomato little - 2 pieces
coconut milk – 1 small tumbler
add little ghee for taste
now let’s see how to do, take some cleaned crab that cut
into pieces. Now let’s see how to do crab soup.
Ignite the stove
Let’s add little bit of sesame oil rather than calling
it as crab soup, it is called crab rasam (nandu rasam) why because since it is very
good for our health. This crab soup is while taking soup items, there are more
chances of getting full amount of its nutrition value. Oil got heated now. Mostly
it is especially for kids, it acts as a medicine for cold. Now add anise,
cardamom, little amount of pepper cumin, garam masala, two pieces of clove
Slightly after turned to red, add dry chilly, curry
leaf little, crushed garlic, small onion, green chilli. we are using mainly
green chilly for hotness as i told you early the crab soup. It is the best
medicine for gold & fewer. Kids will hesitate in taking soups generally if
we give like soup or rasam for them, they will take this easily. Now it got
cooked well along with this add ginger-garlic Polyp, add little amount whatever
cold it is, this crab soup will control it. It will increase the body
temperature and rectify the cold easily. Now got cooked well, in this add
little amount of water, let masala mix well with this. Add tomato and little
bit of grinded curry leaf, poppy, pepper, cumin. This masala helps in getting
nice flavour while we add cashew mix always in seafood. Add cumin powder, anise
powder, pepper powder with this masala mix.
You know what a nice flavour comes while doing while
getting this ready and add little water to allow boil well. Crab soup is not in
summer and it is a very nice food for winter. Since it has medicine value,
people so fond of this. Add required amount of coconut milk extract after
masala got ready. Take already cleaned crabs either we can put crabs cut into
small pieces or fully can also be added. Put crabs inside, till a boil comes for
some time let get heated.

crab items, out of which shell less crab is a significant one. We are making
one kind of dish that kids and elders like second one we are making is
chettinad crab masala, third one is chilly crab. We are making crab lollypop. Its

when you take both flavour and its taste will render good experience its
boiling after putting crab. Let’s add required amount of water. Keep it for ten
minutes and let it boil and filter it and use the bitter one for soup and we
can use remaining crabs for food. If not, we can use crabs too along with soup.
Another special in crab is, as soon as you take this
soup, instantly after 5 minutes you will get relaxed and has such a medicine

Now hot and delicious chettinad crab soup, we can call
it as crab pepper soup since we added more pepper, cumin. We have not added chilli
powder in this. We added absolutely green chilli, green masala, coconut milk. Tasty
and delicious crab soup got ready now, let’s see how to serve this. Even we can
have this curry in our meals. we can either have this as soup after filtering.
