to make continental fruit salad - fruit salad recipe
INGRADIENTS:
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
soft garlic – 2 Tsp
olive oil – 2 Tsp
white pepper – 1 Tsp
crushed chili – 1/2 Tsp
chopped coriander - 1 Tsp
vegetables - (whatever vegetables available in home)
colour capsicum – 2 pieces
onion - 1 piece
Broccoli – 2 pieces
Chopped Cauliflower – 1/2 cup
carrot - 1 small
cup
beans – 1/2 cup
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Serve: 3
COOKING COMMENTARY:
First, we clean the carrot, beans and add two table
spoon of olive oil. After the oil got heated. Add half the table spoon of chopped
garlic and slightly sauté it until it turns to brown colour. Now keep all
vegetables nearby and put green vegetables in tawa and slightly sauté the green
vegetables, then add the boiled vegetables and keep it in low fire. Now am
going to add masala, little salt, chilli powder, white pepper. Add Vermilion
slightly to get nice, rich flavour and sauté well just for two minutes
It is a healthy food. if it is not cooked and boiled,
it will be served only as presentation food. Am going to transfer this in a
plate. Now it is ready, I will transfer it to a plate. We can decorate the
plate with tomato like this. and garnish it before serving
now the dish is ready to eat. try this at home. Thanks for
