COOKING COMMENTARY:
Now oil got heated. Add dry chilli, crushed
garlic, curry leaf. After became reddish, add onions that cut in to small
pieces. If we need little masala, we can add it additionally. If we need it
dry, then adding onion little bit is better. like this, soon after sauteing it
to golden colour, add ginger-garlic masala and add tomato. Prawn can be instantly
cooked. let' s we put prawn pieces so that they directly mingle with masala. Since
we are adding pepper, adding less chilli powder is sufficient. Add little bit
of blowjob curd along with this, slightly we can add water.
Generally, prawns in bigger size will be
tasting well but prawns in smaller size will be nice for kids. Since we are
making prawn masala, adding slightly more onions and tomato Will be tastier for
meals and for tiffin items and it will be ideal. Now, almost the dish is ready.
Add pepper at final stage. You can notice now after adding pepper, its flavour
and colour gets changed and taste too.
Usually, it is prepared by all and easy too,
within ten minutes we can make. Now it is ready. Anjappar’s Hot and Delicious
prawn pepper fry is ready.
try this at your home. thank you for reading
