INGREDIENTS:

all-purpose flour  - 1/4 cup

salt - 1/2 teaspoon divided

 pepper - 1/2 teaspoon divided

turkey breast tenderloins - 1 package (20 ounces)

olive oil -  1 tablespoon

butter - 1 tablespoon

sliced fresh mushrooms -  1/2 pound

reduced-sodium chicken broth - 1/2 cup

Marsala wine - 1/2 cup

lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.        1. Mix flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cut each tenderloin crosswise in half; pound each piece with a meat mallet to 3/4-in. thickness. Toss with flour mixture; shake off excess

       2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add turkey; cook until a thermometer reads 165°, 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from pan; keep warm.

  3. In same skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat; sauté mushrooms until tender, 3-4 minutes. Stir in broth and wine. Bring to a boil, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan

  4. Cook until liquid is reduced by half, 10-12 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and the remaining salt and pepper.

  5. Serve the turkey curry.

 We can do turkey either masala or dry fry like chukka also similar to mutton chukka, the masala that we are making can be used for all these dishes.  We need to add onion and salt according to amount of gravy we need. In turkey meat we added some salt already while boiling. So, add salt limitedly. Now onion got saute well. Add ginger-garlic masala with this. Always when we cook non-veg food dishes, depending upon the extent we add ginger, garlic and onion we will get the flavor till the end accordingly. Add two spoons tomato. After adding tomato and add little bit of turmeric powder, add some water. Saute well even for some time. Add tomato, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, salt all together got mixed well

 At this stage, we grinded pepper-cumin paste and add little with this. Let’s we add one and half spoon of chilli powder, 1/4 spoon coriander powder, add together with masala sauté until the chilli powder flavor vanish. Saute well till it gets fried. Slightly add some water during the dry state of  masala, add the turkey pieces that we already baked mix along with this and stir well. Add water and keep it for 5 minutes until it is mixed with masala. Let it to boil. Add water for 5 minutes, keep it covered. This for those who are having cold can take it will increase the body heat. Boil has arrived now, since it is masala, let’s add grinded coconut. It won't need for dry fry dishes, slightly add cashew nut, Bengal Gram - roasted, poppy, adding grinded, Polyp, add coconut and mix it well.  Now we keep it in Dum for 2 minutes. When taking turkey for Tiffin varieties, it will be a very good hot and spicy food especially for chapati, parota, it will render great taste.
