Let’s we see how to make Restaurant style chicken tikka at home – chicken recipe
INGRADIENTS:
Chicken cubes – 1 kg
(of same size)
Capsicum - 1
Onion
– 1 (sliced in to thin rings)
Cumin powder - 1/4 Tsp
Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Chili powder- 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder-1 Tsp
Kashmir chili powder – 1 Tsp
garam masala – 1 Tsp
Turmeric
powder- 1/4 Tsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Ginger-garlic paste -1 Tsp
Salt – to taste
Lemon wedges - 8
Cashew
nuts – 6 pieces
(Grinded
paste)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. 1. Prepare
paste by adding coriander, Kashmir chili powder, garlic- ginger paste, garam masala,
salt,
pepper, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder using food processer and grind
it in to smooth paste and collect it in a bowl for marinade

2. 2. Add curd according to taste with the
paste prepared, little cashew nut paste with chicken cubes and mix it well. Marinade
it by refrigerating for 30 minutes.

3. 3. Insert the chicken cubes on to wooden
skewers and capsicum slice alternatively by keeping apart with each cube so as
to cook the chicken evenly. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes
before use for preserving the wood from
breaking and burning

4. 4. Place the skewers with chicken cubes in
grill pan by adding 2 teaspoon of ground nut oil until the chicken fried on all
the sides for 4 to 5 minutes

5. 5. Shift the skewers with chicken on a
serving plate.

6. 6. Garnish it by placing onion and lime
slices. Sprinkle chat masala so that the onions got fully coated and spread the
coriander leaf's. Serve with fried rice which is the perfect combination for this dish.
