COOKING COMMENTARY:
We are going to make it like normal
biryani as usual. Let we add oil. Add three table spoon of oil and get heated.
After oil getting heated. We have kept cinnamon, clove, cardamom, use all 5g
each, add cinnamon- 3nos, adding cardamom, clove, cardamom are called garam
masala the basic ingredients for making biryani. We are adding these to bring
the flavor of biryani like commonly we do any non-veg dishes we add cinnamon,
clove. Now we fry the onion to golden color.

Now we notice that everything mixed
together and it will give a nice flavor. Take 3 onions, silce it and kept. Put onion
and let the onion to sauté until onion turn into golden colour. Next we have to
add green chili 4 pieces. Let we washed green chili first and slit it. Now the
color of the green chilly will change into brownish color. After that you know
that the mixing with chilly and onion. We kept coriander, mint chopped, add two
pinch of coriander and mint, wash it and add. Now it turned into brownish color.
Add 3 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste that we already grinded. The reason of
adding ginger-garlic paste is to control your cholesterol. It will be useful in
getting the flavor of biryani that is what we are adding ginger-garlic paste.

Finally a stage arised. So, adding coriander and mint in 3 stages. Now
you get the aroma of biryani. Now we have used all and now we add curd. Let us
add 5 spoon of curd. If we would have added rice in this, we need to add more
water since the cooking time of oats is less, am going to add water little by
liitle, only then the oats and chicken will mix together. In making oats biryani, instead of adding oats,
we can use samiya or noodles, then it is called chicken noodles biryani or can
be called as samiya biryani, So many variations available in this dish, the
basic method is same. it will be easy to make and tasty too. If you do it on Sundays,
kids will like to have. If elders desire to have biryani, they may avoid
biryani since there is rice if they take oats biryani. It will be more helpful
to them. We have not added water but this curd and tomato mixed to gather and
formed a gravy and it will be tastier. Cover it for 2 to 3 minutes. Chicken
will be cooking quickly, take care not to over burn the vessel bottom. Compared
to mutton, the cooking time for chicken will be less, some people may ask can
mutton be added, definitely yes, while doing mutton biryani follow the same
method but the cooking time of mutton will be more. Now am adding water little
for oats

Generally indian or south Indian
dishes, we are more fond of dishes which are more sour. So this is one reason if we add lemon, it
will increase the taste so that am going to squeeze 2 lemons. We can notice
that masala has come out in the consistency of gravy. Let us check the salt and
let it boil 2 to 3 minutes. I have used oil in this; if you want you can use
ghee, it is nothing wrong, when we use ghee, flavor will more dominate if we
add oil, biryani flavor will dominate more. It is almost ready.
Oats chicken biryani recipe - final stage
Delicious and healthy oats chicken
biryani is ready now. Try this in your home for sure. Thank you
